Carpet fibre 25×50 outdoor arena with floodlights, mirrors, show jumps and fillers.

Grass schooling field (available during the summer months) comprising of introductory X-country fences, show jumps and dressage arena

25 acres of chalk down-land grazing, individual paddocks or the option to share.
